HRT tracker app for menopause and perimenopause

TALIA is a private HRT tracker app for iPhone. You log the hormones you take — oestrogen, progesterone, testosterone, vaginal oestrogen or a combined product — with the form, dose, brand and schedule, and TALIA keeps the record for you. When a dose changes, it remembers what changed and when. So when you see your GP or specialist, you bring a clear history instead of trying to recall months of detail on the spot.
Everything stays on your phone. No account, no cloud database, nothing shared.
What you can track
Build an HRT profile that matches what you're actually on. TALIA covers oestrogen (systemic), vaginal oestrogen, progesterone, testosterone, and combined products in one place. For each, you record the form, the dose and the schedule:
- Oestrogen as a patch, gel, spray, oral tablet, or vaginal tablet, pessary, cream or ring
- Progesterone as an oral capsule or tablet, a vaginal capsule, or an IUS (coil)
- Testosterone as a gel, cream, injection or implant
- Combined HRT as a tablet or patch, continuous or sequential
You choose the dose from the strengths that exist for each form, add the brand name, and set how often you take it.
Reminders that work around brain fog
HRT is a routine you have to keep at the time it's hardest to keep one. TALIA sets reminders so it doesn't all sit in your head:
- Patch reapplication, including twice-weekly and weekly patterns
- Vaginal oestrogen, including ring replacement
- Progesterone and testosterone doses
- A daily reminder to log how you're feeling
- Your NHS prescription prepayment certificate (PPC) renewal, before it lapses
You can also tell TALIA how much medication you have left and when you want reminding, so you reorder before you run out rather than after.
See how your symptoms looked before and after a dose change
When you record a dose change, TALIA marks the date and what changed. It then looks at the symptoms you logged in the week before and the week after, and tells you whether they looked less severe, more severe, or about the same.
It does not tell you whether the dose is right, and it never suggests what to take or change. That is your clinician's decision. TALIA shows you what you recorded, clearly, so the conversation starts from your own data.
Your HRT history, all in one place
Every dose change is saved with the date, the previous dose and form, and the new one. Over months you get an accurate record of what you've taken and when it changed - the thing that is almost impossible to reconstruct from memory in a ten-minute appointment.
Take it to your appointment
From your records, TALIA generates a clinician-ready PDF for any date range you choose. It includes your current regimen, the dose changes and symptom observations over the period, your symptom totals by category, and a timeline. You share it yourself through the normal iPhone share sheet, by email, print or Files. Nothing is sent anywhere automatically.
Private by design
Your HRT and symptom data is some of the most personal information about you. TALIA keeps it on your device. There is no TALIA server holding your health records, no account to create, and no third-party sharing. If you want a backup, you can switch on iCloud sync, and it stays inside your own Apple account. That is not a privacy setting you turn on. It is how the app is built.
On iPhone and Apple Watch
TALIA is built for iPhone, with a companion Apple Watch app for logging symptoms and severity from your wrist. The watch and phone stay in sync.
Free trial, then a simple subscription
TALIA is paid software with a free trial, billed monthly or yearly. There is no free tier and no adverts, because the app does not earn money from your data.
Common questions about HRT tracking with TALIA
What is an HRT tracker app?
An HRT tracker app records the hormone treatment you take - the type, form, dose, brand and schedule - and keeps a history of how it changes over time. TALIA does this on your iPhone and pairs it with your symptoms, so you can see how the two relate and take a clear record to your appointments.
Can I track patches, gel and pessaries?
Yes. You can log oestrogen as a patch, gel, spray, tablet, pessary, cream or ring; progesterone as a capsule, tablet or IUS; testosterone as a gel, cream, injection or implant; and combined products as a tablet or patch. For each, you set the dose, brand and schedule.
Does TALIA track HRT dose changes?
Yes. When you change a dose, TALIA records the date, the previous dose and form, and the new one, and keeps it as part of your history. It also compares the symptoms you logged before and after the change, so you can see how they looked.
Will TALIA tell me whether my HRT dose is right?
No. TALIA is a record, not medical advice. It never suggests, calculates or adjusts doses, and it does not tell you what to take. It organises what you have logged so you and your clinician can make those decisions together.
Does TALIA remind me to change my patch?
Yes. You can set patch reapplication reminders, including twice-weekly and weekly patterns, as well as reminders for vaginal oestrogen and ring replacement, progesterone and testosterone doses, and your PPC renewal.
Is my HRT data private?
Yes. Everything you log stays on your iPhone. There are no accounts, no TALIA servers storing your data, and no third-party sharing. Optional backup runs through your own iCloud account.
Is TALIA available on Android?
Not yet. TALIA is available for iPhone, with an Apple Watch companion app.
