USER GUIDE
TODAY SCREEN (HOME)
NAVIGATION BAR>> TODAY
WHAT IS THIS FOR?
This is your daily check-in and where TALIA opens by default.
Use Today to log what you’re noticing by recording Symptoms, Triggers and Changes Over Time. Don’t worry – you will get a daily reminder to log (which can be turned off in Settings). We strongly recommend logging every day (even multiple times) because TALIA can then bring all your data together so patterns and Trends over time become easier to see. If you don’t log symptoms your History will default to All Good.
This screen also shows the next HRT dose/s and Other Meds and Supplements you’re due and when to take them, along with a visual calendar for the current month. HRT Routine tracks how consistent you have been with your medication. If supply tracking is enabled, you’ll see an overview of your current stock.
The calendar displays logged Symptoms and, if you’ve chosen to track your cycle, your Period too. You can tap on any past day in the current month to see what you logged on that date. For full, daily details of everything you’ve recorded over time, go to History or Period.
SYMPTOMS
TODAY>> SYMPTOMS
WHAT IS THIS FOR?
Use this section to log recognised menopause Symptoms from a predefined list. You can record severity by tapping on each symptom to cycle through mild, moderate, or severe.
It’s helpful to log all Symptoms you experience, even if they feel minor. This creates a consistent record that can be reviewed over time.

- You can choose the severity you are experiencing: mild, moderate or severe.
- As you log your frequently selected Symptoms will appear at the top to make things faster.

TRIGGERS
TODAY>>TRIGGERS
WHAT IS THIS FOR?
Use this section to record factors that may influence how you feel – such as emotional strain, poor sleep or a change in routine. Triggers help provide context for changes to Symptoms over time.
Triggers are logged as present or not present — they do not have severity levels.
THINGS TO KNOW
- Triggers are optional but useful for spotting patterns and seeing if certain things have an effect on your Symptoms.
- You can log multiple Triggers on the same day.
- Triggers don’t imply cause – they simply add context.
